Juan Noe

Juan Noe is a professional civil engineer (PE) with a solid educational training in prestigious universities and colleges, and with diverse experience in Structural Design, Civil, and Geotechnical with skills in several innovative programs under de following Codes: ACI, CBC, IBC, NDS, ASCE performing designs in Concrete, Masonry, Steel and Wood.

He has the distinction of earning dual licensure in Mexico and the United States with Certification Number 67028 PE in Oregon and 72822 in California.

His work experience includes structural in a variety of companies adding a Design-Build and Value Engineering to every step. Juan Noe’s ability to work freely across the border and conduct bilingual operations is an invaluable asset to US clients with properties in Mexico and Mexican clients with properties in the United States.

Juan Quemado is a professionally trained with a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the New School of Architecture, San Diego, CA. He accumulated 20 years experience in creative design and construction documents production, 15 years of which were devoted to private practice. His broad range of projects include Commercial Tenant Improvements, Restaurants, Night Clubs, Multi-Family Homes, Custom Homes, Residential additions, and Building Code Compliance.

Juan Quemado's objective is to provide quality design, building plans. consultant coordination, and facilitate processing of building permits.
